This event is designed for executives of mid-level judicatories (Presbyteries, Conferences, Regions etc) intent on developing the skills to reinvent their systems for effective ministry in a changing world. Increasing numbers of executives at the mid-judicatory level know there is a need tor reinvent their systems in ways that build on what is best in their traditions and engage a rapidly changing context of mission and ministry. This three day consultation will focus on giving you:
- The frameworks and theories of how to innovate lasting transformation in your system.
- Identity the skills and capacities you will need to address in your own leadership.
- The tools and resources you will need to work with Boards, pastors and local churches in a process of missional innovation
- The outline of a specific plan for you context.
- The means of continuing conversation after the event is over in order to assist you in the real issues of transformation in your system.
You will have the opportunity to work with a small group of executive leaders from across a variety of denominational systems that will enrich your opportunity to learn from others and form a network of leaders who can support and assist each other both at the event and in their ongoing ministry.

This event is specifically designed for executives of mid-level judicatories. It will be limited to 15-20 people in order to facilitate a process of working with your context and focusing on the actual issues you need to address.
